Refund & Returns Policy

At Seasons Maker, we are committed to delivering high-quality, natural, and chemical-free products. Due to the nature of our food supplements, spices, and herbal formulations, we follow a strict but fair return and refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• Product received is damaged, defective, or leaked
• Wrong product delivered
• Package tampered during transit

Note: An unboxing video or photo proof is mandatory for any claim.

2. Non-Returnable Products

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened or used products
• Food supplements and herbal products once opened
• Spices and consumables after seal break

3. Return Request Timeline

• Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery
• Requests after this period will not be accepted

4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

• Refund will be processed within 5-7 working days
• Amount will be credited to the original payment method

5. Replacement Option

Instead of a refund, customers may opt for product replacement (subject to availability).

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
